What your certificate must include
- Names photospace as additional insured / loss payee.
- States the coverage is for rented photo/video studio and/or equipment (and/or rented vehicle).
- A policy value equal to or greater than the replacement value of the rented equipment.
- A policy that’s in force for your rental dates — an annual policy or a short-term production policy both work, as long as coverage is active through the return date.
