Reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your booking for a full credit on file. Inside 72 hours, the booking is non-refundable but rebookable for up to 60 days. Members get a more flexible window — full details are in the membership terms.
Yes. Free 20-minute studio tours are available 7 days a week — schedule one at /tour with just your name, email, and phone. Walking the space before a campaign day is the smart move, and we recommend it.
We rent on a 3-day rental week: three, four, five, six, and seven days are all billed as a single 3-day rental, so a full week costs the same as three days. Daily rates are listed on every category page, and longer or recurring rentals are quoted on request.
